Rebuilt twice mid-season — fitting, for a game called REBUILT — and still reached the World Championship, with the Excellence in Engineering Award en route.

EARLIER SEASONS — 2010–2022 2022 Rapid React Autonomous, Excellence in Engineering, and Innovation in Control awards across three events. 2021 Infinite Recharge at Home The remote COVID season — FIRST Innovation Challenge Semi-Finalist. 2020 Infinite Recharge District Event Finalist at Hatboro-Horsham before COVID cut the season short. 2019 Destination: Deep Space Regional Finalist at Hudson Valley with the Autonomous Award — and a wildcard to the World Championship. 2018 FIRST Power Up Buckeye Regional Winners, plus Excellence in Engineering and Innovation in Control awards. 2017 FIRST Steamworks Creativity Award at Mount Olive and a World Championship appearance. 2016 FIRST Stronghold District Championship Finalist, with two Excellence in Engineering awards. 2015 Recycle Rush District Engineering Inspiration Award, plus Innovation in Control and Creativity awards. 2014 Aerial Assist District Finalist at Bridgewater-Raritan, Excellence in Engineering, and two Imagery Awards. 2013 Ultimate Ascent Bridgewater-Raritan District Winners — our first event win — and a World Championship appearance. 2012 Rebound Rumble Creativity Award at the Rutgers district event. 2011 Logo Motion Second season, back at the New Jersey Regional. 2010 Breakaway Rookie year — Rookie Inspiration Award at the New Jersey Regional.

Student hands on every part

Students learn machining, CAD, programming, and electrical systems — then own real subsystems on a competition machine. Many arrive with zero engineering exposure; they graduate leading design reviews.
